Then I got into the hard stuff. Garb and steel, Character development, talking to myself for hours in a really weird accent and mead...Oh the mead...

It was a downward spiral and then came the most blissful thing I have ever known - the off-season.

But it didn't stop there. Oh no, I was on a roll. Little gatherings of faire folk and that OTHER class, (the rennies) turned into bi-monthly trips to places far and wide and suddenly I found myself with a new family. *No rennies were harmed in the making of this rant.*

One thing led to another, then there was this giant edifice of a man they burned... wait, wrong post ...

And this was how I fell into my situation. But fear not friends. The tankard really is half full.
